The Clinical Competency Workshop was successfully conducted from February 3, 2026, to February 18, 2026 at Bareilly International University. The workshop aimed to strengthen practical nursing skills, enhance clinical judgment, and improve patient care competencies among students through structured hands-on training.
A key component of the workshop was the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) stations, where students demonstrated their clinical knowledge and procedural skills in a systematic and competency-based assessment format. Faculty members actively guided and mentored students to ensure thorough preparation for demonstrations at their respective OSCE stations.
On February 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM, the event was honoured by the visit of Dr. Ashok Kumar, Pro-Chancellor of Bareilly International University, who observed the students’ performances at various OSCE stations. He appreciated the efforts of both students and faculty members and emphasized the importance of hands-on training and professional excellence in nursing practice.
The Nursing Superintendent and the Principal also addressed the gathering, encouraging students to uphold ethical standards, maintain clinical competence, and pursue continuous professional development.
Students of B.Sc. Nursing 6th Semester actively participated in demonstrations and interactive sessions throughout the workshop. The program significantly enhanced their confidence, clinical preparedness, and readiness for real-world healthcare responsibilities.
The workshop concluded with words of appreciation for the organizing committee and faculty members, along with positive feedback from participants, marking the event as a successful academic initiative.
