The Faculty of Allied and Health Care Sciences at Bareilly International University organized a successful awareness campaign from April 15–20, 2026, to promote women’s empowerment and rights. Activities included a scooty rally, foot march, human chain, signature drive, and awareness lectures.
The campaign began with a scooty rally involving 16 female students and 10 women faculty members. Students also participated in marches and human chains to spread messages of equality and safety. A lecture by Assistant Professor Akanksha Awasthi highlighted women’s legal rights, and a missed call campaign encouraged public participation.
Faculty members and coordinators actively supported the initiative. Principal Dr. Prashant Gupta appreciated the efforts, emphasizing the importance of such programs in building leadership and social responsibility among students. Vice Chancellor Dr. Lata Agrawal also commended the campaign.
Overall, the campaign effectively raised awareness and reinforced the importance of women’s empowerment in society.
