Rohilkhand Medical College, Bareilly, organized a cervical cancer vaccination programme on 30th January 2026. In Collaboration with the Rotary club of Bareilly grace in association with Rohilkhand Medical College for a noble cause for society. The programme included donation of vaccines by the club.
The programme comprised an awareness session on menstrual hygiene by Dr. Payal Gupta, Senior Resident of department of pediatrics, and Dr. Preeti Lata Rai Head of the respective department. The programme also included enlightening words on public health hygiene on menstrual period by Dr. Medhavi Agarwal, Professor, Department of Community Medicine. Dr. Kanchan Dalmia Maam, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, also shared her views on the prevalence of cervical cancer.
Rotarian Mrs. Megha Krishnan, President of the Rotary Club of bareilly grace, also enlightened the audience about the effective conduction and contribution of the club and their role in building a healthy society , Rotarian Mrs Palavi Goel also expressed her veiws on role of vaccine in prevention of disease in society. At the end of the programme, the Principal and Medical Supridentant, Dr. Rajnish Pathani sir, delivered the official vote of thanks for the contribution made by the Rotary Club of Bareilly Grace and the professors of our medical college for the successful conduction of the awareness programme.
The programme concluded with administration of vaccines offered by the Rotary Club, Bareilly Grace.
