The annual Fresher Party was organized to officially welcome the incoming batch to the institution. The event aimed to help new students acclimate to the campus environment, foster interaction between seniors and juniors, and build a sense of community. The event featured cultural performances, interactive ice-breaker games, and the flagship Talent Hunt competition.

- Welcome & Inauguration: The event began with a formal welcome address by the organizers, followed by the lighting of the lamp by the Respected Dignitories and department heads.
- Faculty Address: Speeches were delivered by our esteemed guest Mr. Pushpendra Kannoujia (Principal of Pharmacy) emphasizing academic growth, campus life balance, and active participation in extracurricular activities.
- Cultural Performances:
- Group and solo dance performances by both seniors and freshers.
- Live musical acts featuring band performances and solo vocals.
- A lighthearted drama/skit depicting campus life experiences.
- Ice-Breaker Activities: Interactive games such as rapid-fire rounds, musical chairs, and quiz sessions were organized to facilitate team bonding.
- & Ms. Fresher Competition: A three-round event consisting of a Ramp Walk, a Talent Display Round, and a Q&A Session with the judge panel,

Event Management & Logistics
