DAY 1
We visited a primary school and gave a brief knowledge to students about blood pressure and its causes. We had a interactive session with them guiding about how to measure blood pressure and basic knowledge about it(range, risk factors).
During the session we gave the knowledge how to measure it through electric Sphygmomanometer.
There was also a interactive session with people of village dogarhia about nuisances of diet and major primordial factors responsible for maintaining a normal blood pressure
DAY 2
Health Education imparted at Puranpur, regarding the prevention of Hypertension as well as early detection as a part of primary prevention.
IEC Activity imparted in Rural Health Training Centre Rithora coordinated by faculty and residents of Rohilkhand Medical College and Hospital, Bareilly
DAY 3
We visited Vishnu Bal Sadan, Kalibadi and gave a brief knowledge to students about blood pressure and its causes. We had a interactive session with them guiding about how to measure blood pressure and basic knowledge aboutit(range, risk factors)
During the session we gave the knowledge how to measure it through shygmomanometer.
We also had a detour to ideal UHTC , Rampur Grdens where we imparted knowledge about Blood pressure levels and also gave a check on people’s B.P. Via Sphgmomanometer, Instructing and guiding them about the daily RDA of salt.
